- How do you ship?
We send every package out via UPS or USPS every Wednesdays and Fridays. Unfortunately, we are not able to write any special instructions on packages such as "please leave at back door". If you have special instructions, please leave a sign on your door or speak to your UPS/USPS delivery person directly. The shopping cart will give you various shipping options. UPS is the carrier of choice since they are the most reliable. The cart will automatically price your shipping costs. Please note that the U.S. Post Office does NOT guarantee delivery. If you choose First Class mail shipping we cannot guarantee your package will be received. If lost, we cannot reimburse or replace these shipments. 

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries via USPS. You can choose from First Class (up to 4lb., no tracking #), Priority Mail (with tracking #), or Express Mail (with tracking #). anzu new york has the right to refuse international orders, but we will do our best to facilitate them. Sometimes the shipping calculator can be inaccurate, if this is the case we will send you a paypal invoice for the remaining cost. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

- Can I have my wedding registry on your site?
We suggest using a website such as myregistry.com which allows you to add items from lots of different stores. If the item you like is sold out, we can order it for you. Please contact us by email for the lead time.

- Do you have a newsletter?
We're currently working on it. The best way of getting news and information right now is by subscribing to our blog or becoming a fan of our facebook page.

- What is your privacy policy?
We never share any of your information with anyone.

- What is your return policy?
Returns are possible in the result of damaged, or defective merchandise only. These items will be replaced with the identical item as soon as we get a replacement. Any other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. anzu new york has the right to refuse a refund on any basis other than the ones listed above. Before returning items you must get approval via our contact page on our website. Please do not return packages without approval. Any return requests should be notified within 2 weeks from delivery.

- What if the package arrives damaged?
We pack our packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon shipments, please claim within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can not be made after 10 days. Please take a photo of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier if needed.
